Today was a good day of making art. Did some sketching, some work on other pieces (wanted to finish one to give today, but it’s not ready yet), and THIS!
Fun time painting cut out animals for APC’s Harvest Festival in a couple weeks. We got way more done that we thought we would, and with less paint! Originally, the plan was to do veggie superheros, but the operations/shop guys had a lot of fun and we ended up with a ton of animals to paint. Kinda an awesome problem to have…
Next week we have a duck (which Bunner started today), touch-ups, and our hipster urban farmer! (I have such plans for them!)
Bunner was a patient boss despite her mom and I veering off-course (she was a little troubled by all the bacon jokes with the pig). We all worked pretty happily together except for a workplace injury (gymnastics and flip flops don’t mix, and no, it wasn’t me this time).
